European Union

Tip 1 : Delivery if you will not be at home
Use your work address
Allow delivery to your workplace to guarantee you receive your order.
In the first step of making your order, enter your business address in the delivery address box.
Tip 2 : Save time and order before 11am
Order by 11am Monday through Thursday and receive your package after 48 hours.
Example: If you order at 10 am on Monday morning by credit card, you will receive your package on Wednesday at the address you provided.

Tip 1 : Delivery if you will not be at home
Option "relais colis"
If you opt for the ‘TNT Express 24hrs’ option and you are not at home when the package is delivered, our carrier will leave your package at the nearest ‘relay’ point and inform you immediately by SMS.
Tip 2 : Save time and order before 11am
Place your order before 11am, Monday through Thursday and receive your package the next day.
Important information
1) if you place your order on a bank holiday or during the week end,
Your order will be processed the next business day.
Example:
If you place an order saturday afternoon at 4.30pm, choosing the option "fast delivery", your order will be processed by AlpesGourmet on Monday morning and will be delivered wednesday at the indicated address by LaPoste.
2) if you place your order during the week after 11am
your order will be processed and handed over to the transport company on the next business day.
Example :
If you place an order Tuesday afternoon at 5pm, choosing the option "fast delivery"
your order will be processed by AlpesGourmet on Wednesday morning and will be delivered Friday at the indicated address by LaPoste.
3) if you order cheese
Cheese products are sent in special “ISOTHERME” (insulated) packaging; to ensure the product arrives to you in perfect condition. This service will be charged an extra €5 per order. Cheese is only sent on Wednesday from our warehouse.
4) Delivery Garantee
The 48hr delivery guarantee is made by “La Poste” (French Post Office) and AlpesGourmet are unable to interfere in cases where the delivery is delayed with this transport company. For added security, speed and reliability, we recommend you choose our transport partner “TNT”.

4. Isotherm Packaging
You can identify which product require this special Isotherm Packaging when you see the logo, located on the right-hand side of product page.
All our cheese products are packaged with “Isotherme” Packaging.
Cheese is only sent from our warehouse on Wednesdays.
“Isotherme” packaging is charged at €5 per order.
